Positive energy for the city
The RESPONSE project raised the challenge of energy issues directly with citizens themselves. The Positive Energy District in Turku, Finland, consists of mostly student apartments. Who better to connect with their students than motivated peer mentors? They regularly propose and design activities, raise local, national and international awareness through events and interviews and use social media to bring these issues closer to residents.
